Job Requirements

- Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a programmer analyst with an emphasis in business analysis, application development, support, and maintenance.
- Education: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Highly Desired Skills and Knowledge:
- Expertise in software development, business process automation, workflow design, and enterprise systems.
- Strong grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), relational database design, and modern programming languages.
- Experience with:
Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
Document Imaging and Webform Systems
Records Management Tools
