Job Requirements
Education:
A bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university in public administration, civil engineering, or a related field is required. A master s degree in a related discipline is highly desirable.
Experience:
A minimum of six (6) years of increasingly responsible experience in public works, utilities, or related service delivery, including at least four (4) years in a supervisory or management capacity.
Licensure:
Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) is desirable but not required.
