Job Requirements
- Planner I: Bachelor s in City Planning or related field + 1 year planning experience
- Planner II: Bachelor s in Planning or related field + 2 years planning experience; Master s preferred
- Passion for urban planning and public service
- Knowledge of zoning, land use, CEQA, and housing legislation
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with GIS and land management systems (e.G., EnerGov)
- Experience with planning documents and development reviews
