Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Sociology, Social Sciences, Recreation, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related field (required).
- Master s degree in a related field is highly desirable.
Experience:
- Five (5) years of increasingly responsible and relevant work experience in community services, parks & recreation, or social services.
- Five (5) years of supervisory or management-level experience.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid California Driver s License required.
