Job Description

Organization in San Diego County is in need of an Office Specialist to assist with Cash Handling, Receptionist, Data Entry (AP & AR), Filing, and assisting other office staff.

Position is Monday through Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm, with alternate Fridays off.

This job is temporary but can become permanent for the right person.

Job Requirements

- Requires a high school diploma with some college coursework in accounting, computers, and business procedures highly desirable
- Must be friendly and provide excellent customer service.
