Job Description
A City in Orange County is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Management Analyst II to support a range of administrative, financial, and operational functions across departments. Under general supervision, the Management Analyst II performs a variety of professional, analytical, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and critical thinker who can work independently and as part of a team.

Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university in Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
- Experience: One to two years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a government or public sector environment.

- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of budgeting, grant writing, and public sector processes
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work collaboratively
