Job Requirements

Experience
- Two (2) years of responsible human resources experience
- Public sector HR experience is highly desirable

Education
- A Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field

License/Certification
- Valid California Class C Driver License may be required
- Professional HR certification (e.G., SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR) is desirable
