Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources Management, Public/Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a closely related field.
Experience:
- Four (4) years of professional-level HR experience in a public or government agency, equivalent to the City of Lincoln s Human Resources Analyst II classification.
Desired Qualifications:
- A Master s degree in a related field
- Professional HR certification (such as SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, IPMA-HR
