A city government in Orange County is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Human Resources Analyst to join its Human Resources team a full-service department known for its responsiveness, professionalism, and collaborative approach.

As a Senior Human Resources Analyst, you ll play a key role in managing the City s human resources and risk management programs. You ll support its internal business partners City Council, department heads, employees, and applicants.

- Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field required
- Experience: Minimum of four years of professional HR experience required
- Preferred: Public sector HR/Risk Management experience and supervisory experience
- Certifications: Professional certifications (e.G., PHR, SHRM-CP, ARM) are a plus
