Job Description
A City Government in Riverside County is urgently seeking an Interim HR Manager with public sector experience to support its Human Resources operations on a short-term basis. Assignment duration is 1 2 months (may be extended based on City needs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support end-to-end recruitment processes
- Oversee onboarding of new employees
- Administer and support employee benefits
- Ensure compliance with applicable public sector HR policies, procedures, and regulations
- Provide day-to-day HR leadership and guidance to staff and management
