A city government in Los Angeles County is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as either a Human Resources Analyst or a Senior Human Resources Analyst, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Requirements
For Both Roles:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or a closely related field (Master s degree is highly desirable)
For Human Resources Analyst:
- Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience in a public agency, business, or non-profit setting
For Senior Human Resources Analyst:
- Minimum of 4 years of human resources experience in the public sector
- Experience in public sector recruitments, labor relations, classification and compensation, and employee benefits is highly desirable
