Job Description

City government in Los Angeles area is in need of an HR Director to assist on an interim assignment of 6 months or longer. Position can become permanent for the right individual. This City has many labor groups and MOU's, so labor negotiations, employment practices, and related HR expertise is required.

Pay is $70 to $90 per hour, DOEQ.

Job Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree and 5 years progressively responsible professional experience in public personnel and labor relations administration. City government experience highly desirable.
