Job Description
The City of Big Bear Lake is in need of an Economic Development Analyst who will play a vital role in advancing the City s economic development and tourism strategies. This position is responsible for performing professional-level tasks to support economic growth, attract and retain businesses, and enhance tourism initiatives. The Analyst will also support the Economic Development Manager in executing programs, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering presentations to the City Council and community partners.

Job Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in municipal economic development or redevelopment.
Education:
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor s degree in Public or Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a closely related field from an accredited college/university.
License:
- Valid California Class C Driver s License and satisfactory driving record required.
- Must be able to travel to and attend meetings, events, and training sessions.
