Job Description
A city government in orange County is seeking a passionate and community-driven professional to join its Community Services Department as a Community Services Coordinator. This role plays a key part in planning, developing, and overseeing a variety of community services, recreation programs, and special events that directly impact the quality of life for our residents.

Job Requirements
Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university in recreation, public administration, education, health, human services, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience coordinating human service or recreation programs, including experience supervising staff or volunteers.
Skills and Knowledge
- In-depth understanding of youth development, social services, and cultural diversity.
- Ability to manage budgets, write reports, and maintain records in compliance with grant and agency standards.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Ability to supervise, motivate, and build effective teams.
- Conflict resolution, community collaboration, and needs assessment expertise.
