Job Requirements
- A bachelor s degree in public administration, business administration, or a related field is required; a master s degree is highly desirable.
- At least 8 years of progressive administrative experience in government, including knowledge of public services, budgeting, personnel management, and procurement.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a municipal or similar public sector environment.
