Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor s degree in planning, architecture, geography, public administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least two (2) years of recent paraprofessional experience in areas such as zoning, historic preservation, design review, redevelopment, or planning research.
- Has strong knowledge of zoning and current planning principles, especially in urban environments.
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear reports and public presentations.
