A great municipality in the San Mateo County Region is in need of an Assistant to the City Clerk. This is a full-time position and the duration of the assignment is 3+ Months, this assignment can become extended or permanent at the clients discretion.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Working under the direction of the City Clerk, our employee will be filing documents, scanning and transcribing with attention to detail and accuracy. Answer emails/prepare invoices for payment; Assist with preparation of packets of agendas.

Compensation: OPEN - DOE/DOQ
You should have two (2) or more years of entry level experience, preferably in a City Clerk's office. You must posses good soft skills in dealing with other office workers and the public. Can communicate effectively, orally and in writing. And, lastly, an individual who never hesitates to ask questions in order to understand the job function.
