A City Government in Orange County is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to step into the role of Assistant City Manager (ACM) and help shape the future of our vibrant, world-renowned community.
As the Assistant City Manager, you will work closely with the City Manager to oversee major administrative functions, manage high-impact projects, and lead initiatives that support the City Council s strategic vision. You ll collaborate with elected officials, department heads, community stakeholders, and a workforce of approximately 1, 500 employees to deliver exceptional service to our 200, 000 residents and thriving business community.

Education: A Master s degree in Public Administration or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
Experience: A minimum of five years of senior-level administrative experience in a public agency, including leadership in budgeting, personnel, and policy development.
