As an Assistant Administrative Analyst, you will provide a variety of administrative, financial, and technical support to the Economic Development Division and other city departments. This position is ideal for an enthusiastic team player and proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced public service environment.

Job Requirements
- A Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in public administration, business administration, or a related field; AND
- One year of full-time administrative experience performing duties similar to those listed.
OR
- Four years of full-time, progressively responsible administrative experience and/or working towards completion of an Associate s degree may substitute for the required Bachelor s degree.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Principles and practices of public administration, program coordination, and public relations.
- Basic understanding of purchasing, budgeting, personnel, risk management, and finance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases).
- Strong analytical and report writing skills.
- Effective customer service techniques.
- Ability to occasionally attend City functions or meetings during evenings, weekends, or holidays.
