As an Administrative Specialist IV, you will act as a lead administrative staff member, providing high-level support to department executives. You ll manage complex projects and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of department programs.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (Associate s degree in a related field preferred)
- 4 5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience
- Any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
- Notary Public certification may be required depending on assignment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- A high level of discretion when handling confidential information
- Event planning or paralegal experience (a plus, depending on assignment)
