The City Government is looking for highly organized, detail-loving, resourceful Administrative Assistants to join teams across all departments. The Administrative Assistants are the go-to people who keep daily operations running smoothly behind the scenes. You ll independently handle a wide range of tasks from coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and maintaining databases to processing invoices, supporting budgets, and delivering top-notch customer service. You ll be the person people count on for:
- Keeping records organized, accurate, and up to date.
- Preparing polished documents, reports, and meeting materials.
- Managing calendars and travel for team members.
- Ensuring procurement, accounts payable, and budget tasks stay on track.
- Supporting high-quality customer service at the counter, over the phone, or by email.
