Experience:
- Minimum of five years of increasingly responsible administrative experience in municipal government, including three years in a management capacity.
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- A Master s degree in a related discipline is highly desirable.
Leadership Skills:
- Collaborative, innovative, and solutions-oriented.
- A proactive communicator who builds trust and partnerships across City departments, elected officials, community stakeholders, and residents.
- Strategic thinker with proven success managing complex public-sector operations.
