Job Description
A government agency in Orange County is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide direct, high-level support to the General Manager s Office. This is a unique opportunity to work with executive leadership at one of California s most forward-thinking public water agencies.
Under general direction, the Executive Assistant provides confidential and highly responsible administrative support to the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and/or Deputy General Manager, playing a key role in managing daily executive office functions and public agency communications.

Job Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in office administration is highly desirable
- Experience: Five (5) years of increasingly responsible clerical or administrative support experience; public sector experience preferred
- Bonus: Experience working with elected officials, public records, or sensitive policy matters is a strong plus
- Preferrably with prior experience supporting a Director-level executive or higher
- Strong skills in note-taking, file management, calendar coordination, and executive communications
