Job Description
This position plays a critical role in shaping City policy, implementing Council priorities, and maintaining the organizational excellence and accountability expected by residents and businesses alike. The City Manager provides expert guidance to the Mayor and City Council in developing and implementing policies, responding to Council issues and concerns, and recommending informed, balanced options for decision-making.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- A Master s degree (MPA, MBA, or related) is highly preferred.
Experience:
- Several years of executive or senior management experience in municipal government are required.
- Prior experience as a City Manager or Assistant City Manager is highly desirable.
- Proven background in public safety, infrastructure, community development, and municipal finance is strongly preferred.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural community environment and/or bilingual skills are highly desirable.
