Typical Duties: Reconciles complex bank account activity each month. Prepares and proofs month and year end journal entries. Reconciles various balance sheet accounts. Prepares or assists in the preparation of internal and external financial reports. Maintains and records activity for fixed assets records (currently maintained and calculated in Excel files), including preparation of year end audit schedules for additions, deletions, and depreciation. Prepares schedules for annual audits and financial statements.
CPA highly desired but not required.
