A local government agency in Santa Barbara County is in need of a Receptionist. This is a 20 to 24 hour part-time position that should run for 6 month or more, and can at the client's discretion be extended or made permanent. Compensation is open, DOE/DOQ.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Acts as receptionist to City Hall or other facility, answering phones and greeting visitors. Assists with responding to inquiries, providing routing or procedural information, fieldingcalls, and processes and sorts postal mail, faxes, and/or emails. Schedules appointments and other related duties assigned.
You should have two (2) or more years of entry level experience, preferably in a local government agency. You must posses good soft skills in dealing with other office workers and the public. You should have knowledge/experience in the Public Works department
