CA RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA
The best candidate will be able to work on research projects, create reports and should possess superior writing skills. The position is coming open for the influx of conditional use permits (CUPs) that will be coming in early December. The acceptance of said permits will close in late March, and this is when the position is projected to come to a close.
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in urban planning, public administration, architecture, economics, geography or a related field. A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field is preferred.
Considerable professional experience in urban planning encompassing advanced and/or current planning activities. Municipal planning experience in current planning is preferred.
LICENSE AND/OR CERTIFICATE:
Certification by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) is desirable.
