A local government agency in Los Angeles County, CA region need of an Office Assistant for a temporary position within their Administrative Services department. This is a full-time position that should run for 3 months. Compensation is, DOE/DOQ.

Position Overview: Must be able to multi-task and be very detail oriented. Primary responsibilities include answering phones, coordinating the office calendar, scanning, filing, and other related duties as assigned.
Three years of progressively responsible secretarial and clerical experience, including administrative support to management or executive level staff. Secretarial and clerical experience in a public agency is required. Experience supporting a public agency governing body and/or commission is desirable.
