A local government agency in El Monte, CA is in need of an Office Assistant for a temporary position within their Administration department. This is a full-time position that should run for 3 to 4 months. Compensation is $15 to $18, DOE/DOQ.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Processing of documents and applications, preparation of basic reports, interaction with the public, and other related duties. Much of the responsibilities include serving as the primary adminstrative/clerical support for the internal staff.
Two (2) or more years of entry level experience, preferably in a local government agency. You must posses good soft skills in dealing with other office workers and the public.

High School Diploma or GED required.
Valid CA Drivers License required.
