A municipal agency in Contra Costa County, CA is in need of an Administrative Assistant. This is a 6+ month assignment with a view to going temp-to-hire (this is solely at the discretion of the client). This is a full-time position and will start immediately.

Job Duties: 1) Administering the City s business license tax program, Administering the city s facility rentals (parks, library meeting room, and Endeavor Hall), 3) documenting and responding to code enforcement complaints, and 4) responding to general inquiries from the general public and customers on the front line.
You should have two (2) or more years experience of office administrative support. Having a PC 832 certification is highly desirable.
