Primary Job Duties: Under the direction of the General Manager, the Director of Human Resources leads, directs, oversees and reviews the operations of the Human Resources Department in order to provide programs and services to the government agency, which includes Chief labor contract negotiator and administration, employee relations, recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, training, organizational development, HRIS operations, succession planning and employee benefits. Provides human resources policy direction and oversight; serves as Secretary to the Personnel Board; and serves as a member of the agency's Executive Team.
