A great municipal organization in the Riverside County, CA is in need of a Human Resources Analyst or Technician to assist for an interim assignment of 2-3 months or longer to assist the Human Resources Manager.

Hourly Pay Rate: $25-$35 DOEQ

Essential Functions: Coordinates and implements recruitment processes for City departments, participates in the recruitment testing and selection of employee and other related assigned duties.
You should have two (2) or more years of experience in a municipal HR department at a Technician level or higher. Knowledge/experience with NEOGOV is highly desired.
