We have a job opening for a Financial Analyst with a government agency in Orange County, CA within the Finance Department. This is a 40 hour a week position working for 1 month and can become permanent at the clients' discretion. Compensation is open DOE/DOQ.

POSITION OVERVIEW: Under general direction, organizes, plans, and directs the work of the Finance Department, including accounting, budgeting, revenue, purchasing, financial reporting, and risk management functions, and related contract services; develops recommendations on various financial, accounting, and financial liability matters; serves as a member of the Executive Management Team; and performs other related duties as assigned.
A Bachelor s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in public or business administration or a related field.
Possession of a Master s degree is desirable.
Experience working in the municipal Financial department is highly desired.
