A municipal organization in the Orange County, CA area is in immediate need of a Finance Manager to fill a vacancy within the Finance Division. This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week for approximately 4 months. Compensation is $45 to $60 per hour, DOE/DOQ.

Responsibilities: The Finance Manager reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and assists in implementing, organizing, managing, supervising, directing, and evaluating the accounting (general ledger, payroll, grants, A/P and A/R) and budget operations of the agency.
EDUCATION: A Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, Business, Public Administration or other closely related field. A Masters degree is highly desirable.
