POSITION OVERVIEW: Website maintenance and data update, explore grant possibilities for parks, and water infrastructure. Assist with getting information together for internal and external staff. Filing, letters and organization of Department. Assist with HR fuctions such as updating current personnel rules and policies through consultant. Setting up files and maintaining records. Additional duties as assigned.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION
A four year degree from a College majoring in Public Administration is highly desired but not required.
Experience serving within a City Manager or Administrative Services Department is also highly desired but not required.
