A municipal agency in Contra Costa County, CA is in need of an Administrative Assistant. This is a 3 to 6 month assignment with a view to going temp-to-hire (this is solely at the discretion of the client). This is a full-time position and will start immediately.

Job Duties: This position serves under the agency's Clerk, and will include being present at staff committee meetings, preparing agenda packets, drafting agendas and posting notices to be in compliance with the Brown Act.
The right candidate will have a minimum two (2) years of experience with similar work at a public agency, preferably in the City Clerk or City Manager's office. Municipal experience is mandatory.
