Position Overview: Oversees and coordinates capital project and land development labor recovery/revenue activities including permit fee processing/recovery. As assigned, oversees, coordinates, and assists in revenue recovery and tracking for Department grants and programs including Fleet Services operating internal service fund cost recovery, parking meter revenue monitoring including Civic Center Parking Structure, and WETA (transit agency) reconciliation. Provide departmental management and support of land development and financial software. Support budget development including research of account trends, revenue recovery activities and quarterly operating expense/revenue tracking. Manage department's operating procedures for revenue collection activities, support administrative staff in general department financial activities as assigned.
