A great municipality in Glendale, CA region is in need of a contract Secretary to fill a vacancy within the Administration Division. This is a part-time position working for 1 to 3+ months and can at the clients discretion be extended or made permanent. Compensation is open, DOE/DOQ.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
Provides direct administrative and secretarial support to one or more professional, management, and other staff members as required.
Composes, reviews, edits, and assembles correspondence, memos, reports, forms, and other documents, including those of a confidential nature, to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with policies and procedures for assigned staff and projects as assigned.
HS School Diploma, Valid CA Drivers License, and experience serving in a Planning or Building Department highly desirable.
