An organization in Alameda County, CA is looking for an Administrative Assistant who will perform entry level functions within the Finance Department. This is a part-time position working 26 hours per week and is to run for at least 3+ months. Compensation is DOE/DOQ.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
Answers phone calls and transfers them to appropriate personnel.
A fast learner, especially with computers. Use a lesser known scanning program, Laserfiche, and we need them to do quite a bit of scanning during the week.

High School Diploma or GED.
Valid CA Drivers License.
