An established organization in San Mateo County, CA is looking for an Office Assistant who will perform clerical duties within the Personnel Department. This is a part-time position working 20+ hours a week. The duration is for at least 6+ months and can become permanent at the clients discretion. Compensation is DOE/DOQ.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
Answer business phones, take messages, transfer calls.
Respond to customer inquiries and questions regarding procedures.
Set up appointments and meetings with various agency staff and customers/applicants/departments.
Files & papers/documents: pull, move, sort, file.
High School Diploma or GED
Valid CA Drivers License
Knowledge of correctly performing clerical duties and utilizing MS Office Suite.
Experience working in a government agency HIGHLY desired.
