A government agency in San Bernardino County, CA is looking for an Office Assistant who will perform entry level accounting and clerical duties in the Finance Department. This is a full-time position is to run for at least 3+ months. Compensation is DOE/DOQ.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
Answers phone calls and transfers them to appropriate personnel.
Files, sorts, scans, and distribute various documents as instructed.
Assists the public at the service counter and processes permit applications; and performs related duties as required.
May act as receptionist/front counter employee in absence of the primary receptionist.
High School Diploma or GED
Valid CA Drivers License
Experience with heavy filing/scanning/sorting preferred.
