A government agency in Orange County, CA is looking for an experienced Office Assistant who will perform entry level accounting and clerical duties in the Finance Department. This is a full-time position is to run for at least 6 to 12 months. Compensation is DOE/DOQ.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
Answers phone calls and transfers them to appropriate personnel.
Assists the public at the service counter and processes permit applications; business licenses; and performs related duties as required.
High School Diploma or GED
Valid CA Drivers License
Experience in a Finance or Accounting Department/Division highly preffered.
