A government agency in Los Angeles County, CA is looking for an Office Assistant who will perform administrative duties in the Administration Department. This is a part-time position working 20+ hours a week. The duration is for at least 6+ months. Compensation is DOE/DOQ.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
Answer business phones, take messages, transfer calls
Files & papers/documents: pull, move, sort, file
Physical ability to move files
Work independently
COMPUTER/SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE:
PC, Excel, Word, Internet. (Permits Plus system will be used; we will train for the work that needs to be done.). Will use printer, copy machine, scanner.
