An established organization in Los Angeles County, CA area is looking for a Human Resources Analyst to fill a position vacancy in the HR Department. This is a part-time position working for 3+ months. Compensation is DOE/DOQ.

POSITION SUMMARY: Under general supervision, performs a variety of professional and technical administrative functions and responsibilities within the Human Resources Division including the areas of: recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, benefit administration, employee development, workers' compensation, liability/property/casualty programs, labor and employee relations, risk and safety assessment and performing related duties as required.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in human resources management, public or business administration, industrial relations or a related field.Progressively-responsible human resources experience including: classification, recruitment, selection, benefit administration, workers compensation, risk management, wage and salary administration, or other major human resources functions. Previous municipal experience is highly desirable.
