PRIMARY DUTIES: Recruitment and training, workers comp and risk management. Prepares job announcements and advertisements. Reviews applications for entry-level classifications and evaluates qualifications. Schedules, administers and grades written and performance examinations. Interviews and evaluates applicants for entry-level classifications. Prepares and maintains eligibility lists. Participates in the collection of data for studies, reports and surveys.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Education equivalent to an Associate of Arts degree in Personnel Administration, Public Administration or a related field. One year of relevant personnel experience.
