Work involves performing difficult and highly complex secretarial services, which includes relieving the General Manager and Assistant General Manager of routine administrative details and certain public contact duties. Work also involves important contact with the Council and officials of the Agency's operating departments and offices. The incumbent works with minimal or no supervision in the performance of the majority of office duties and administrative or technical routines. Work is reviewed by the General Manager for the achievement of desired results and adherence to policies and procedures.
Extensive experience in progressively responsible clerical and secretarial work, preferably including supervisory responsibilities, and graduation from high school, including or supplemented by courses in typing, stenography, office management and supervision
LICENSE AND/OR CERTIFICATE: Class C California Driver's License.
