A government organization in Ventura County, CA is looking for a Deputy City Clerk to fill a position vacancy. This is a full-time position working for at least 3+ months and can become permanent at the clients discretion. Compensation is DOE/DOQ.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Under general supervision, performs a variety of highly responsible and complex technical, administrative, and clerical activities in support of the City Clerk's Office including support for the City Council, the Redevelopment Agency, the Parking Authority, and the Public Facilities Financing Authority; and performs related work as required.
Experience in supporting a city council, board, commission, or other body; maintaining official records and records management systems; and frequent contact with the public are highly desirable.
