An organization in west Los Angeles County is looking for an energetic, organized and motivated individual who likes to work on challenging projects across a variety of subject areas to perform the job of Administrative Manager which is a combination of Executive Assistant, Public Information Officer, and Administrative Support staff person.

Key responsibilities are:

-Manage contact database
-Scheduling and providing support to the President.
-Provide support for their programs and projects, fundraising and events.
-Manage electronic communications and social media.
-Day to day management of the office, equipment and supplies.

Compensation is DOE/DOQ
You should have 3+ years experience in an office setting, perferably a municipality.
