Answers phone calls and transfers them to appropriate personnel.
Files, sorts, scans, and distributes various documents as instructed.
Sets up appointments, meetings, interviews, background checks and other HR duties as required.
Sends, recieves, files, New Hire Forms, Employee Orientation, Salary Increases, etc.
Assists the public at the service counter and process/files applications.
Valid CA Drivers License.
Minimum 3 years directly assisting a Personnel or HR Department, government experience highly desired.
