A government agency in Solano County, CA is looking for an Administrative Assistant who will perform entry level HR functions within the Personnel Department. This is a full-time position is to run for at least 3+ months. Compensation is DOE/DOQ.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
Answers phone calls and transfers them to appropriate personnel.
Files, sorts, scans, and distributes various documents as instructed.
Sets up appointments, meetings, interviews, background checks and other HR duties as required.
Sends, recieves, files, New Hire Forms, Employee Orientation, Salary Increases, etc.
Assists the public at the service counter and process/files applications.
High School Diploma or GED.
Valid CA Drivers License.
Minimum 3 years directly assisting a Personnel or HR Department, government experience highly desired.
